Sanibel Island (non kayaking post)

Osprey

We are in the Fort Myers area for a softball tournament. My wife and I decided to arrive a day early and enjoy the beauty of this marvelous area of the state. Started with Sanibel Island and what a nice day we had. Better than that; my wife got into photography again. Motivated by her new Mother's Day new toy she had a blast and I also had a blast seeing her so relax and enjoying herself. We started at the Sanibel Island fishing pier. All the pics here are hers...

From there we moved to the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge just to found it is closed on Fridays. Well, we then drove to the Bailey Tract nearby. No problem at all.

And that is it. Not a kayaking post but a very nice post. Thinking about finding a place to rent for a week and to come back to Sanibel Island in the Summer or Fall. We will see. Thanks for checking our blog hope you come back for our next post.
