Wekiva River - Rock Springs Run

Grabbing the issue by the tail

First 2016 paddle. Wanted to be at a special location so did select to paddle Rock Springs Run from the Wekiwa Springs State Park. The link will take you to the park's web site. All the information you need is there. Unfortunately the paddle was not even a decent one. Lack of pic chances, lot of beautiful scenery. Any time I spent two hours without even trying to shoot a pic is a bad one in my book. Anyways...here are the pics of the few things I saw on this paddle...

    1. You are right Master Dave. I should not be as demanding as I am in this place. It has spoiled me other times with deer, otters, and what not. I even saw an eagle on this one. Coming from the Sun side too fast for me to react when I recognized it.
